Uranio AG completes reconnaissance technical review and plans second stage exploration at Bakouma and Ndenguiro.

Uranio AG completes review of SRK report on site visit to the Bakouma North and Ndenguiro permit areas located in the Central African Republic and plans next Phase of exploration. Uranio is pleased to announce that the Company has completed a review of the results of reconnaissance orientation and exploration data presented by SRK Engineers following the recent site visit.  The results of the data indicate the project has the potential to host significant uranium mineralisation extending from areas of known mineralisation in the immediate area.

Based on information to date Uranio intends to initiate the second phase of a multiphase exploration program.  The second phase will include multiple stages encompassing ground truthing of conceptual models via mapping, geochemical and geophysical sampling.  The results of phase 2 will determine the orientation of high-resolution helicopter borne magnetic and radiometric surveys.  Follow up Resource definition drilling envisaged in the fourth phase.

Uranio is currently finalising the technical team and is engaging various professionals to complete the exploration on the Bakouma and Ndenguiro permit areas.
