Prof. Dr. Colin I. Godwin, Head of Exploration
Colin I. Godwin is a professor emeritus at the Department for Earth and Ocean Sciences of the University of British Columbia, Canada. As founder of International Geosystems Ltd., he was instrumental in the development of GEOLOG, one of the first computer-supported systems for the detection of mineral resources. Godwin possesses more than forty years of experience in the exploration of mineral resources.

Thomas Sinclair, 40, is a qualified as a chartered accountant with 18 years' international financial management experience including 12 years' direct experience in the CIS where he started in 1997 as finance manager for the Moonstone Group, which was involved in gold and diamond exploration in Kazakhstan.
In 1999 he then joined Cameco Corporation as a finance manager on their Inkai Uranium project in Kazakhstan and as a financial consultant to their Kumtor Gold project in Kyrgyzstan.At that time he was also Treasurer for the Mining Association ofKazakhstan, consulting on tax and commercial legislative reform withthe Ministries of Finance and State Revenues, in conjunction with theforeign investors' council. Mr. Sinclair then workedfor the Kazkommerts Group, Kazakhstan's largest private banking andindustrial holding group whose investments included significantshareholdings in Kazaktelecom, PetroKazakhstan, Nelson Resources andChaparral Resources Inc. Mr. Sinclair was directly involved withKazkommerts' oil, gas and mining mergers and acquisitions and itsfinancial reporting between Almaty and London. MrSinclair has been a Director of Frontier Mining Ltd since 2004, a Goldand Copper developer in Kazakhstan and has actively been involved inseveral CIS natural resources IPOs.
