Uranio AG enforces the management

The board of Uranio AG is pleased to inform its shareholders that Mr Luca Tenuta enforces the management as CEO.  Luca Tenuta has financial and corporate experience in the UK and Italy. He worked as a credit and risk analyst for Credit Suisse First Boston and Banca Intesa London (today San Paolo IMI) since July 2001. In addition he is currently an associate of Capital Partners Group (Private Equity group), CEO of White Star Energy Plc (AIM listed) and Chairman of Worldwide Natural Resources Plc (PLUS listed). Luca Tenuta is an FSA approved person (FSA registration CF21 – Investment Advisor)

The board is also pleased to welcome Mr Paresh Chohan to the management of Uranio. He is a practicing solicitor in the United Kingdom and has been involved in many multi million pound transactions in real estate and corporate takeovers. He is a well respected in the market and has a view of developing the assets the company has got on a long term basis.

Ms. Tshepidi Moremong, as the third new member of the Uranio management, has been involved in the finance and banking industry in both the continents and is well versed in organizing and structuring the company to move forward in the development of its assets. Her years at firms like Goldman Sachs and Renaissance Capital speak for her.
